Because of this automated tech support was no help. ![]() Tried resetting, both by physically pulling the plug and going through the reboot process on the website, and have seen no improvement.ĪT&T's speed test is coming back with normal fiber speeds but when testing multiple devices on multiple websites, both on wifi and hard wired, I am getting the 3 Mbps download speeds. I have had a bit of internet issues the past couple of weeks but nothing this bad or consistent. I am on the 1Gb plan and using the equipment provided by AT&T. Download has been consistently under 10 Mbps all weekend. ![]() Sometimes the upload is at a more normal 700 Mbps, other times it is a bit low as well at 40 Mbps. Currently receiving download speeds of 3 Mbps with upload being much higher.
